Bacon and Cheese Omelet





Ingredients
3-4 eggs
shredded cheese
bacon
green onions(optional) you can also use cilantro

1.Cook bacon drain off grease and chop.

2.Cut green onions, put to the side for garnish or you can add a little on the inside (optional)

3.Preheat non stick skillet with 2 tbl spoons of butter until melted swirl to coat the pan for ease of egg release.

4.Add eggs to medium heat pan.

5.While cooking pull eggs from the edge and lift pan to slide uncook egg to edge to also cook.

6.Add bacon to one side add cheese on the other side. Turn fire to low cover to allow cheese to melt.

7.Once melted flip cheese side over and slide onto a plate and garnish. And enjoy.
